For growing kids
Growing days are busy days. Prasi’s laddoos bring together nuts, grains, dried fruits, seeds, and traditional ingredients in satisfying little bites made with ingredients families recognize.
As part of a balanced diet, the ingredients inside contribute plant protein, healthy fats, fiber, and carbohydrates — the kind of food that sits well before school and holds until dinner.
For parents & grandparents
Nourishment for strength that lasts.
Sesame, ragi, almonds, sattu, nuts, and seeds are foods that contain nutrients important for normal muscle and bone health — protein, calcium, magnesium, and healthy fats — in a form that is easy to eat every day.
A laddoo with morning tea. One in the afternoon. Food that contributes something, in a shape that already feels familiar.
For mothers
Gond katira, makhana, dates, almonds, sesame, coconut, ghee, and sattu all have long histories within Indian household cooking, including foods commonly prepared during different seasons of motherhood.
Prasi makes these the way they were made for her: something dense and warm you can eat with one hand, at whatever hour the day has turned into. They are foods that may fit within a balanced diet during pregnancy and postpartum — not a supplement, and not a substitute for the guidance of your own healthcare provider.

The process
Rolled by hand
Nuts, grains, seeds, and dried fruit are sorted and weighed the day before.
Everything is roasted and ground in small amounts so nothing turns bitter.
Warm ghee and sweetener go in last, by feel rather than by timer.
Each laddoo is rolled by hand, which is why no two are exactly alike.
Boxed the same day, labeled with what is inside and who it was made for.
The kitchen list
Order whenever you’re ready. Prasi makes each laddoo by hand.
